Autumn Online Auction Fun Facts:
  • Date - Starts Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 6:00am                            
  • Ends - Saturday, Oct. 11 at 5:00pm
  • 9 Categories of over 250 items.Registration begins in September through emails and in-person.
  • You will be supplied with information to send to your family, friends, neighbors and social media groups to allow them to preview our Auction Catalog and register to bid.
  • You will bid anonymously with your Registration Number – not your name!
  • You can bid in increments and keep checking as bids come in or set a maximum, anonymous amount you are willing to bid and sit back.
  • No matter how you choose to bid, you will be notified when you have been out bid.
  • Most items can be shipped.
  • Easy pick up for the winning bids.
  • All proceeds go to fund the BVQG Speakers/Programs and Community Outreach
Online & Silent
  • The Autumn Auction is the 2025 Major Fundraiser.  Our fundraisers support our Program Committee to bring quality speakers to our meetings, Community Outreach to support our Blue Valley Community and events throughout the year to make the Blue Valley Quilters Guild the exceptional Guild that it is today.  
  • By volunteering to help, you will be part of the inner workings of the Guild while getting to know your fellow members.  
  • We also need your support in the form of items to auction off.  These items are to be new.  
  • They may be quilt/sewing related, a service, a fun themed basket, or an item your family may have and wish to share. Items could be new quilts, vintage quilts, bags, a basket you and your friends put together, a condo we could borrow, gift cards, a service you can provide. Put on your thinking caps! 
  • The fun of this Online & Silent Auction is that you can have all your friends, neighbors, relatives all over the country bid on the listed items.  Truly showcasing BVQG!
